Vicenzaoro -the first important jewelry show of the year ended on 27th of January. The show was attended by over 35.000 visitors including 19,381 buyers. Trade was able to see the new products from 1500 brands from 31 countries and all of Italy’s gold districts located in the 9 pavilions of Fiera of Vicenza. I visited the fair for the first time and I did not leave disappointed. The fair was divided into several jewellery districts :Icon jewellery district, Creation, Look, Essence-precious components-gems, diamonds and pearls district, Expression-packaging and visual merchandising district, Evolution-T-gold district.


The Icon jewellery district where the most prestigious brands were showcased their unique collections demanded a great attention.I had a great chance to witness the fascinating world of jewellery, seeking show-stopping, one-off pieces and trying them on. I met well-known jewelers and renowned talented designers that spoke about their unique fabulous items during my interviews.



The Vicenzaoro Show offered to his visitors attending numerous conferences, seminars, talks. One of the seminars by Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting presented the latest updates on consumer trends in the jewellery market for the next year unveiling minimalism, technological jewels, world exploration. Another important event during the Vicenzaoro Show called Skin-The surface of the jewel ” took place at the Museo del Gioiello in Basilica Palladiana, which attracted attention of numerous experts and guests of honour who admired the works of over 70 artists and craftsmen that revealed an original interpretation of the delicate and changing relationship between skin and jewellery.
The most prominent brands like Picchiotti, Verdi Gioielli, Pasquale Bruni, Istanboulli Gioielli, Isabelle Langlois, di Gregorio, Broggian and others showcased their high-end pieces, featured by creativity, highlighting innovation, design and refined manufacturing .
